Why does it say no fillable fields were found?
The PDF has no interactive form fields — it is a flat document that merely looks like a form. Use our Edit PDF tool to type text directly onto the page instead.
Can the completed form still be edited afterwards?
No. Fields are flattened into the page content on download, so your answers become a permanent part of the document and cannot be changed by the recipient.
Are my answers uploaded to a server?
No. This tool runs entirely inside your browser using WebAssembly — your file is never uploaded, never stored on a server, and never seen by us. You can confirm it by opening your browser's Network tab while the tool runs, or by disconnecting from the internet after the page loads: it still works.
