Is the rotation saved permanently in the file?

Yes. The rotation is written into each page's properties, so the document opens correctly oriented in every reader and prints that way too — unlike the temporary view rotation in most PDF viewers.

Can I rotate only one page?

This tool rotates all pages by the same amount. To fix a single page, extract it with the Extract Pages tool, rotate it, then merge it back into position.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. This tool runs entirely inside your browser using WebAssembly — your file is never uploaded, never stored on a server, and never seen by us. You can confirm it by opening your browser's Network tab while the tool runs, or by disconnecting from the internet after the page loads: it still works.
